About Me:
I work as Associate Professor at Bangalore campus of Indian Institute of Public Health-H of Public Health Foundation of India. I am with foundation since April 2006.
I have completed PhD in Epidemiology from UCLA Jonathan and Karin Fielding School of Public Health, Los Angeles with doctoral research in Non Communicable Diseases. Other details can be found here.
I started my professional work experience as Junior Resident at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Subsequently, I worked with World Health Organization for more than 5 years. The details of work experience are provided here.
I am interested in application of epidemiological methods in public health. With over thirteen years of public health experience in infectious diseases and doctoral level research in NCD’s, I am in constant endeavor to learn the dynamics of diseases in human populations.
